How it works
02
Mint at cost
One transaction on Ethereum. The token lands in your wallet, the price lands in the artist's. Patina and edition are sealed until the mint closes.
03
Keep, trade, or burn
Hold it as a collectible, sell it on any marketplace, or burn it to have the sculpture cast, finished and shipped to you.

Questions
Straight answers
Why is the mint priced at cost?
The price covers the bronze, the foundry, the patina and the crate. The artist makes nothing on the mint. The point is to put the work in the hands of people who actually want to live with it, at the lowest number that does not lose money per piece.
What exactly do I get when I mint?
An ERC-721 token on Ethereum that is your claim on one physical bronze. Each token maps to one sculpture. Patina and edition are sealed until the mint closes, then revealed for every piece at once.
How is the reveal fair?
The full assignment of patinas and editions was encrypted and committed to the contract before the first mint, with a provenance hash that the contract checks at reveal time. Nobody, including the artist, can reshuffle who got the gold one after seeing who minted.
What does burning do?
Burning destroys your token permanently and tells the studio to ship your bronze. You enter a shipping address, sign it with your wallet, then send the burn. The site checks the burn on-chain and queues your piece. It cannot be undone, so do it only when you want the sculpture in your hands.
What if I never burn?
Nothing. Keep the token, hold it, sell it. The sculpture stays with the artist until whoever holds the token decides to burn. The claim travels with the token.
Can I resell it?
Yes, on any marketplace that trades ERC-721s. The contract declares a 5% royalty to the artist on secondary sales for marketplaces that honor it. A burned token cannot be resold, so a piece that has shipped is out of the pool for good.
Shipping and timing
Bronzes are cast and finished in batches, so allow several weeks after your burn. The studio confirms the timeline and any freight, insurance or duties for your destination directly with you using the contact details you sign.
How does the whitelist work?
The allowlist is the Peyote whitelist group on Telegram. Each member links one wallet on the whitelist page by proving their Telegram account and signing with the wallet. One wallet per person, one piece per wallet, enforced by the contract. If there is an open phase after the allowlist, any wallet can mint until the pieces are gone.
Which chain, and what does gas cost?
Ethereum mainnet. A mint is one transaction; at 2026 gas levels that is usually well under a dollar.
Is the contract audited?
The drop runs on thirdweb's DropERC721 (v3.15.0), deployed unmodified from the published source. That contract has been reviewed by 0xMacro three times: A-1 (April 2022), A-5 (September 2022) and A-13 (June 2023), each scoping drop/DropERC721.sol. We do not claim "fully audited": the proxy wrapper and this website are ours, and this site never holds funds. Mint proceeds move from the contract to the artist's wallet in the same transaction. Read the deployed code on Etherscan.
Why only 50?
Each piece is roughly twenty pounds of bronze. Fifty is what one artist can cast and finish properly without turning the studio into a factory. Once all fifty tokens exist, the contract's max supply is fixed.
